The housing is comprised of a variety of accommodation including 3 and 4 bedroom houses and 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units suitable for persons without dependants.

6.What tenancy conditions apply to Employee Housing?
Tenancies are established in accordance with conditions contained in the Residential Tenancies Act.
On occupancy you will be required to sign a tenancy agreement binding on both landlord and tenant. Any special conditions applying to your tenancy will be noted on the agreement. The agreement clearly states the obligations and rights of both tenant and landlord.
You will not be asked to lodge a bond but you will be responsible for any damage done to the property during your tenancy beyond normal wear and tear. Generally rental payments in arrears are made through payroll deductions on a fortnightly basis.
Government employees, their spouses, dependants or a company of which they are a beneficiary are ineligible for housing if they own, or acquire during their tenancy, housing within 40kms of the location in which they request accommodation.
