Building Compliance
This is done at a number of levels ranging from advising on the terms of the Development Act, through to the development of fire safety action plans for existing assets the impact of legislative change on Government's asset portfolio.
Undertakes an audit role to monitor advice, processes and procedures applied by private certifiers to major projects as well as overseeing the maintenance of appropriate records of projects required under the Development Act.
