Tenders and Contracts

We manage the process and probity risks in contracting with the private sector. We manage the processes of calling and accepting tenders and execute construction and professional service contracts on behalf of the Minister for Infrastructure.

We provide advice on contractual matters, prepare special conditions of contract and assist in contract dispute resolution.
