Prequalification Information
Building Management has developed a register of 'prequalified' construction contractors and professional service contractors to ensure contractors have the capacity and capability to complete works.
The prequalification system meets responsibilities and obligations to ensure industry companies are known to government, contract with companies demonstrating the best of industry practices and facilitate continuous improvement principles in the industry as a whole.
Professional Service Contractors (PSC)
PSC are professional or para-professional businesses carrying out the design and management of projects to meet agency requirements. read more
