Compliance Advice

Strategic Services provides policy support and advice to government agencies and other stakeholders on a range of compliance issues including project certification, disability access and fire safety requirements.

We oversee the application of the Building Code of Australia and related legislation to existing assets and construction projects, and undertake an audit role to monitor the advice, processes and procedures applied by private certifiers.

Strategic Services also ensures the maintenance of appropriate records, as required under the Development Act 1993.
